Integrated Hotline Counselling Service

Operated by professional social workers and well-trained volunteers, the service is divided into several hotlines to satisfy the needs of different callers, relief callers’ emotion, try to find ways to solve the problems, refer to proper counselling channels and provide relevant social service information.
