Counselling

(Services include individual counselling, counselling for emotional disturbed, pre-martial counselling, marital counselling, family counselling)

The center provides casework counselling for individuals and families.  Services focus on helping service-users to analysis their problems, assess their needs and articulate the experiences of change.  Through counselling, service-users are facilitated to have a more mature personality, better interpersonal relationship and more harmony family relationship.

Group counseling

(Services include therapeutic groups, developmental groups, pre-martial counselling groups, marital enrichment groups, parenting groups)

Through group intervention, members with similar experiences share their views in a secure and accepting atmosphere. With empathetic sharing and mutual supports, members can work through their life stresses and enhance a development of self.

Promotion of community awareness and training programs

Family Wellness Centre cooperates with public and private organizations to provide educational, developmental and preventative programs.  Special topics related to family wellness are advocated.

Support Hotline

Hotline is provided for immediate ventilation of stress and referral of services.
