1.	Care for staff, members and board members¡¦ Spiritial growth

To achieve the vision of a complete christianised Association, various kinds of spiritual activities are held regularly for our staff, board members, and general members. Bible Study Lesson, Fellowship, Cell Groups, New Staff Religious Sharing, Staff Spiritual Support Gathering, Gospel Crusade, Staff Alpha course, Retreat, Staff on Job Spiritual Training are running in whole with an aim to encourage the participants to preach and building mutual support in their workplaces and the society.

2.	Emphasizing the holistic development of members and volunteers

A large variety of spiritual activities are provided to satisfy the needs of different age group. These activities, for instance, Young Christian Leadership Training, Children Summer Bible Course, Evangelism Explosion Training III, Dance for God, and Drama Class, help our members and volunteers grow healthily in spirit and train them to be the soldiers of God.

3.	Building up the Christian-valued family

Family is the basic unit of a society and the cradle of God¡¦s love. Once a relationship is bonded by God¡¦s love, it can help the family to defend any difficulties and challenges of the world. Different types of courses aim at building happy & healthy family are organised. For examples, talks related to family life, self-enhancement, forgiveness and women evangelization training course are held.

4.	Developing the Ministerial Community Projects

In responds to the needs of the society, the department strive to liaise with the local centres and district churches to provide services to the users. Through different activities like tutorial classes, parents group, interest classes, Alpha course and volunteer training course, the value of Christian faith is instilled to the participants and help them to experience the love of God in their daily life.

The Ministerial Community Projects included Tin Shui Wai Ministry Project, Chiu Oi Wah Nursery School Boy¡¦s Brigade Ministry Project and Sham Shui Po Ministry Project, were held according to the need of the society.

5.	Cooperation among different Christian organizations and Collaborating with other recourses

To offer more chances for staff and members to know the Christian faith, Gospel gathering and Christian-related programs like Crusade, Prayer Week and Prayer Day are organized. On the other hand, the Department also cooperates with other Christian organizations, such as the Ladder Mission, the Hong Kong Christian Council, the Chinese Christian Union Churches, the YMCA of Hong Kong, and the Chinese YMCA in order to bring out the message of the Holy Gospel to the public.

6.	Quality Services with Professional Staff

Staff, who are responsible for launching activities, have deep theology background or have undergone professional evangelical trainings. Each staff are assigned to focus on servicing one specific target group, like children, teenager, working youth, woman and elder, which also helps them to develop professional and balanced service.
