Combining the gist of centre-based, school and outreaching social work service, it provides one-stop, diverse service for users in the district to promote personal growth and reinforce family support network, contribute to a caring communit

School Social Work

Social workers stationing at primary and secondary schools assist students in prevention and management of problems related to personal growth, schooling, emotional, behavioural , familial and inter-personal relationship while supporting teachers and parents in providing a sound environment for their growth.

Youth Outreaching Social Work

This service is to reach out to youth-at-risk who loiter on street, providing them with suitable services and guiding them to the right. It coordinates various integrated service teams in delivering care to marginal youths and fills up service gaps as they arise.

Comprehensive Student Guidance Service

Supported by a well-established community network and professional social workers of integrated social service centres, stationing social workers link closely with the school subsystems to implement the student guidance service effectively. Four areas are emphasised , namely: building up the policy and organisation of guidance system, providing supportive services for teachers, implementing personal and growth education for students and offering responsive services for needy students.

Youth Employment Service

Our mission is to provide young people with job training, education and counseling so that they become self-sufficient and productive.

National Education
