In respect of the needs of pre-employed, employed and unemployed people, YWCA vocational training and development services focus on providing job skills training and encouraging lifelong learning among our services users. Different packages of services and follow up programmes including career counselling, job referral, volunteer training and group activities, etc. develop their potentials in contributing to the community.
