Value-added Courses

Value-added courses, including English, Putonghua and professional computer skill trainings are offered for working adults to attain recognised qualification through examinations.

Employees Service Scheme

In cooperation with business organisations, government departments and social service bodies, the Scheme provides on-the-job training like lectures, consultation and counselling service, to upgrade the performance of employees of various ranks, while helping employers to improve their management and strengthen the employer-employee communication for better work performance.

Skills Upgrading Scheme

Subsidised by Education and Manpower Bureau, the Scheme renders specific job skills upgrading courses to those workers with only secondary or lower education to enable them to acquire updated job skills.

Leisure and Recreational Courses

Various recreational and personal development courses, including tai-chi, yoga, social dance, Western flower arrangement and calligraphy are offered to enhance all-round development of the working populace.

Retraining and Employment Service

Funded by Employees Retraining Board since 1993, we provide integrated services, such as job skills training, soft skills training (self-understanding, team building, social and communications skills), career counselling and volunteer service to the unemployed or displaced workers who in their 30s or above.
