Introduction

SAY YES TO WORK The Government, Business Sectors and Parents helping the youngsters with one heart: HKYWCA has been offering employment services for over three decades. In recent years, we have expanded our services to cater to the needs of job-seeking youngsters in light of the ever-changing society.; With the idea of “Career Development” in mind, we are committed to providing a diversified one-stop employment support services for youngsters between the ages of 15 and 29 despite that they are still studying, waiting to be employed or already working. Our services mainly include job interest and career assessment, pre-employment training, career attachment, on-the-job training and careers guidance. By establishing an employer’s network and making better use of social resources, we aim to foster co-operation between the administration, businesses and citizens, in order to sharpen youngsters’ competitive edge and ensure their sustainable employment, with the hope of achieving the ultimate goal: all youngsters “Say YES to Work”.
