The Hong Kong Housing Society (HKHS) has been supportive to YWCA’s services. It launched the “Bounce Back Together” Shopping Promotion Campaign in August and distributed cash coupons to benefit our service users.

HKHS gave out cash coupons to families in Kowloon City, Kennedy Town and Sha Tau Kok through the Association’s network. The coupons can be used at the participating shops during the campaign period. Some of the merchants even provided extra discount for the residents.

There have been a lot of collaborations between HKHS and YWCA. For example, volunteers helped elderly to create Life Storybooks as a memoir of their good old days. The programme visiting singleton and doubleton elderly households was awarded the "Excellence in Construction Industry Volunteering Collaboration (Merit)" in "Construction Industry Volunteer Award Scheme 2021". The Association was grateful for HKHS’s latest campaign, which provided financial aid to the needy.
