Volunteers from Morgan Stanley visited Cheung Ching Neighbourhood Elderly Centre to participate in a fun floor curling workshop with the elderly to promote regular exercise among the group.

Volunteers did stretching and warm-up exercises with the elderly. They then practised floor curling under the instruction of a coach from Hong Kong Floor Curling Association. After familiarizing themselves with the rules, participants had a match in which they discussed strategies and encouraged one another. The atmosphere was good and all of them had a lot of fun.

The Association would like to thank Morgan Stanley volunteers for spending time and doing exercise with the elderly. The game was beneficial to both the elders’ mind and body.
