YWCA Women Affairs Department launches the “PeaceMaker” programme. As stated in the Bible, “Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God” (Mattew 5:9), we would like to be the peacemaker by linking up churches, the Association’s members and volunteers to distribute anti-epidemic goods and daily necessities to the single-parent families and the grassroots in Kowloon district. 

We start collecting goods in mid-August. Besides anti-epidemic products, daily necessities, stationery, toys, etc., the goodie bags, which will be distributed to the needy in the fourth quarter, will also include handmade blessing rocks made by our volunteers. We wish to prepare goodie bags for 100 single-parent and underprivileged families. Please join us to provide help for the needy.
