Dear Sirs/ Madams,

Subject: Invitation for Expression of Interest - Tender for 2 Private Light Buses for YWCA

Hong Kong Young Women’s Christian Association (“YWCA”), one of the major government-subvented NGOs serving the social service sector in the local community, intends to carry out a tender exercise soon for the supply and modification of 2 Private Light Buses (rehabilitation buses) for the Lam Woo Memorial Day Care Centre for the Elderly of YWCA.

We would like to know if there are any companies/organizations interested in participating in our tender exercise. If so, please send us the following information by the close of business on 16 December 2025 for our consideration:

1. Company credentials (including company background, major businesses, clientele, and testimonials relevant to the tender in question)
2. Contact information for the person in charge of the bidding

Please note that shortlisted companies/organizations will be invited to submit tender proposals in late December 2025 or early January 2026.
