Union Enterprises and the Association’s Handmade 38C co-organised a walnut cookies workshop in Wan Wah Care & Attention Home for the Elderly.

Volunteers arrived at the centre and learned making walnut cookies from the instructors from Handmade 38C. They then guided the elderly to prepare and mix the ingredients, and master the skill of shaping the dough. After placing the walnuts onto the dough, it was ready to start baking. The workshop was entertaining, and also helped to strengthen the elders’ hand-eye coordination and muscles. All participants enjoyed the delicious cookies very much.
