The Association recently collaborated with Mannings to stage a meaningful health care event at the Tsuen Wan West Community Living Room. The initiative provided practical wellness tips to over 30 grassroots members living in subdivided units.

During the event, Mannings’ registered Chinese medicine practitioners, dietitians and pharmacists shared health tips to raise participants’ awareness on common inflammation symptoms and balanced diets. To improve participants’ well-being, Mannings sent out nutritional supplements and provided one-on-one health consultations, including Chinese medicine assessments and body composition analysis. The professional team translated assessment results into practical actions for the participants to improve their long-term health.
