YWCA has been concerned about the welfare of the aged. The Association joined the Care for the Elderly Charity Ticket Campaign 2023 to raise funds for our elderly service. The entire Association took initiatives to organise different charity sales and talent shows to raise fund from the public. We successfully raised more than $1,100,000 and became Champion of “Top Fundraising Organisations”. Thanks for all generous supports and efforts made by our working partners and volunteers to advocate elderly’s well-beings. 

The Association raised fund for YWCA Jockey Club Y Evergreen Learning Centre, Y Senior Care Service and Y Farm of Healthy Ageing through the Care for the Elderly Charity Ticket Campaign 2023, which allowed us to support elders with different needs, including elderly suffered from physically illness or healthy retirees.
