The self-financed Y Health and Wellness Centre in YWCA Jockey Club Social Service Building is now in service! The mission of the centre is to promote holistic health, and it provides one-stop professional treatments, rehabilitation services and wellness trainings to rebuild healthy lifestyle.

The physiotherapy clinic offers integrative treatments for acute injuries, joint wear and tear, and degeneration. Physiotherapists provide systematic and professional rehabilitation training that targets the fundamental problems, aiming at improving the patients’ health condition and quality of life.
The centre is spacious and comfortable, located in a convenient spot near Mong Kok East Station. With advanced facilities and rehabilitation training equipment, it caters for patients with different needs.

Monday to Wednesday: 2:30p.m. – 6:00p.m.
Thursday and Friday: 10:00a.m. – 7:00p.m.
Saturday: 9:00a.m. – 5:00p.m.
Sunday and Public Holiday: Closed
