The Care for The Elderly Charity Ticket Campaign 2017 was successfully held. By raising a total of HK$1,021,564.5, HKYWCA was ranked second as the “Top Fundraising Organisations” among the 108 participating organisations, being the Top 3 for 10 consecutive years. The active participation of our staff, members and volunteers made the event successful.
Proceeds will go to the Association’s self-financed elderly social services, which include Y Care Elderly Centre and Y Evergreen Learning Centre, which are located at the YWCA Jockey Club Social Service Building in the Kowloon Centre. They will provide comprehensive services to the elderly in need.
