The Employees Retraining Board (ERB) hosted the ERB Annual Award Presentation Ceremony to recognise the industry's unyielding mindset in overcoming odds. Apart from receiving an award itself, 13 corporate partners, 1 instructor and 3 trainees that the Association nominated were also honoured.

The Association recommended our corporate partners to join the scheme and 13 of them received the employer award for their support to manpower development. Besides, one of our instructors Ms. Leung received the "ERB Merit Award for Instructor" for her excellence in guidance and nurturing talents for the industry.

Three trainees of the Association were also commended for their outstanding achievements. The awardees were Ms. Li, who took the Foundation Certificate in Care-related Support Worker Training, Mr. Ho, who took the Certificate in Health Worker Training, and Ms. Yau, who took the Foundation Certificate in Post-natal Care Worker Training. They paid a lot of effort to complete the course, which in return helped them to recognise their goals.

As one of the training bodies appointed by ERB, the Association has been promoting the training courses in diversified and creative ways. “ERB Training Course Promotion Award” was awarded to the Association to acknowledge our devotion in unleashing the potential of the labour force.
