Volunteers from Hang Seng Bank joined the Association’s Tortellini DIY workshop to have fun with children.

Volunteers arrived early to learn how to make tortellini from the instructor of Handmade 38C. They then accompanied the children to make the dough and prepare other ingredients. Participants paid full attention to the instructions. They measured the quantity of the ingredients and mastered the skills in shaping the dough. They carefully cut and mixed other ingredients to prepare the stuffing. The process helped the kids to strengthen their muscles and hand-eye coordination. At last, volunteers cooked the tortellini for everyone to taste, and packed the rest for children to share with their family and friends.
