Sinomax organised a Mid-Autumn Festival luncheon for the elderly.

Sinomax volunteer team arranged a delicious lunch to celebrate Mid-Autumn Festival with the elderly who seldom go out because of lack of company or mobility. The elderly were excited about the dishes and ate the chicken, steamed fish and dessert with relish. To make the meal more entertaining, volunteers invited elderly to solve lantern riddles together. All were keen on the game and shouted out the answers quickly. Volunteers then sang some classic songs while the elders clapped their hands to the rhythm.

Elderly were happy to receive festive foods like pears and low sugar mooncakes prepared by the volunteers. Some of the lucky ones got even more in the lucky draw. After the luncheon, volunteers sent the elderly back home with care.
