The Association’s Career and Life Adventure Planning Service Team implemented the “Yo Life School” programme to provide young mothers courses to learn parenting skills and hence strengthen parent-child relationship.

Participants joined the three-month intensive courses to learn how to take care of their babies, including baby massage workshop by international recognised touch therapist, lesson on common childhood diseases by traditional Chinese physician, and class about “milk coming in”, blocked ducts and breast care by prolactinist. The tutor also shared courses about different jobs and the respective career prospects, so as to assist the young moms to plan their future.

Participants of the programme received certificates of recognition for their efforts in achieving their goals and taking good care of their children at the graduation ceremony. They were glad to have better relationship with their children, and to know that they are still able to chase their dream as long as they manage their time wisely.
