The Assocation is committed to reacting to the ever-changing society. Since 2009, we have started systematic development of professional intervention on children and youth with special educational needs (SEN), including the establishment of cross-disciplinary mode of service, and the introduction of advanced rehabilitation facilities. We support the needy's all-round development, as advocated by the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goal 4 of the 2030 Agenda: ensuring inclusive and equitable quality education for all.
We develop the family-based rehabilitation service and see the whole family as the intervention target and entry point. We do not only provide training and treatment to SEN children and youth to improve their adaptability and efficacy, but also couselling service and parenting education to the parents. Support network will be established for the families to achieve public understanding and acceptance as well as social integration, to make the city inclusive, safe, resilient and sustainable, in response to Sustainable Development Goal 11 of United Nations’ 2030 Agenda.
