Following the Association’s vision in enhancement of life, we keep ourselves abreast of the latest development of the market and provide rigorous quality career and education service to all walks of life, including basic adult education programmes, vocational training, to career development services etc. We are keen on bringing holistic care to our service users, especially promoting lifelong learning among women to improve their knowledge, ability and literacy, siding with the United Nations on Sustainable Development Goal 5 of 2030 Agenda: achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls.

We endeavor to provide innovative services and have been working closely with different government departments, business sector, education institutions and community organisations for human resources development. We have been appointed by the Employees Retraining Board to conduct training courses since 1993, and have obtained Group 1 rating for over ten years.
