Y Health and Wellness Centre offers staff wellness programme for companies that care about their employees. By providing health assessments and exercise guidance, the team is more likely to be kept in good shape, which ultimately leads to higher productivity and greater sense of belongings.
Y Health and Wellness Centre offers basic health screenings, coaching advices, themed seminars, workshops, and even trial sporting lessons. Tailor-made programmes allow companies to select a combination of services that fits their needs and benefits the most of the employees.
Health Screenings and Coaching Advices for Employees
Registered nurses and sports therapists will provide individual health check and physical fitness test for the employees, who will then immediately receive the reports and advices on self-management of health.

Y Health and Wellness Centre
The physiotherapy clinic provides one-stop treatments, rehabilitation services and wellness trainings for people with acute injuries and/or chronic health problems. We help patients to enhance physical function through both symptomatic and curative treatments.
The team includes physiotherapists, sports therapists and physical fitness trainers, each providing professional treatments and training in specific field.
