YWCA has always been aware of women’s needs, and endeavors to promote women’s perspective, mutual respect between genders and gender awareness through the building of  “Support”, “Advocacy”, “Participation” and “Capacity Building” for women. In response to World YWCA’s advocacy for women’s empowerment, young female leaders nurturing and YWCA solidarity, we initiate platforms that gather remarkable women, e.g. Glocal Y, Outstanding Women Volunteers Association, etc.
