With supported from Lee Kum Kee Family Foundation, YWCA Jockey Club Family Wellness Centre launched the “Transitioning to Secondary School Agent 1.0” programme to assist Primary 6 students and their families navigate the transition to secondary school.

Organised by YWCA Jockey Club Family Wellness Centre and funded by Lee Kum Kee Family Foundation, Picture book of my Grandparents Project aimed at promoting harmonious cross-generations relationship. The programme guided children to record the happy moments spent with their grandparents through writings and drawings, which finally turned into precious picture books to be given their grandparents as gift. 190 families joined the programme and finished making 209 picture books.
