Organised by Y Silver Maker Online Shop, the "50+ Vintage Market" will be held in Yau Ma Tei in late October. Comprising about 20 booths, the young olds bring to the public their best handmade products to the table, such as bags, wallets, pins, earrings, scrunches and wooden furniture. Their products are a combination of craftsmanship and life experience.

It also highlighted the benefits of using the hydroponic machine, which can notify users the best time to irrigate and fertilise.

YWCA has been concerned about the welfare of the aged. To raise funds for our elderly service, the Association joined the Care for the Elderly Charity Ticket Campaign 2021 (“the Campaign”). Thanks for the benevolence from the public, we raised more than $1,000,000 and became one of the three “Top Fundraising Organisations”.

The Association was pleased to be one of the NGO partners in PARKnSHOP Cash Food Coupon Charity Programme in a bid to reduce the financial burden of the underprivileged under COVID-19 pandemic. 

YWCA provides comprehensive social services, some of which are self-financed, to cater for the elderly. The epidemic has dealt a severe blow to our plans and made it difficult to raise funds this year.
