YWCA Jockey Club Y Care (Sha Tau Kok) served elderly living in the frontier closed area

Supported by The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust, the Association set up a new centre in Sha Tau Kok to provide one-stop services for the underprivileged elderly and their care-takers in the district. It provides an integration of healthcare, social support and day care services and aims at arousing awareness on health related issues, and introducing usage of fitness and mind training equipment among the elders. Our staff will also visit rural area nearby to promote health management and the importance of exercise.
