To celebrate International Women's Day, YWCA collaborates with The Hong Kong Jockey Club to offer care and blessings to women from all walks of life. "Jockey Club x YWCA 3.8 Little Hands, Big Love" encouraged children to convey their love to their mothers through massage.

YWCA organises ChariTea on March 8, i.e. International Women’s Day every year to send blessings to women. In 2023, the Association was finally back in the community to distribute tea bags to the public, after 3 years’ suspension because of the pandemic.

In order to deliver our warm wishes to Hong Kong citizens, we had decided to employ a first-of-its-kind arrangement - online distribution.

YWCA reveals a research on the physical and psychological health of women before Mar 8, i.e. International Women’s Day. It is found that women score lower than average, in both physical and psychological wellness. The situation is even worse for full time caretakers.
