3 YWCA volunteers in Yuen Long have been honoured for outstanding volunteering

"The rose's in her hand, the flavour in mine." Being firmly rooted in the Christian faith and subscribed to the belief of all-round development of individuals, YWCA has been nurturing both members and volunteers and encouraging the unleashing of talents for the benefits of society. 3 young volunteers from Tin Shui Wai Integrated Social Service Centre, through their strength in different fields and enthusiasm for serving the public, have recently received recognition from Social Welfare Department's Yuen Long District Outstanding Volunteer Award 2020.

Please support “PeaceMaker” to help and care for the needy

YWCA Women Affairs Department launches the “PeaceMaker” programme. As stated in the Bible, “Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God” (Mattew 5:9), we would like to be the peacemaker by linking up churches, the Association’s members and volunteers to distribute anti-epidemic goods and daily necessities to the single-parent families and the grassroots in Kowloon district.
